The attendees were informed that the said plant will be established on 15 to 18 acres of land. During the meeting, it was decided to prepare a comprehensive proposal by next week for setting up a manufacturing plant.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The transport minister mentioned that the department is trying its best to attract foreign investment for setting up the plant.
