However, the remittance is 2% higher than the same month last year (FY21). It is also worth noting that the country&#8217;s remittances were nearly <a href=\"https:\/\/www.zameen.com\/news\/cement-sales-surge-local-demand-exports.html\" data-type=\"post\" data-id=\"86938\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">equivalent to its exports<\/a>, totalling USD 31.85 billion in FY22.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Furthermore, when remittances and exports are compared on a month-to-month (MoM) basis, remittances were USD 2.761 billion in June FY22, while exports were USD 2.89 billion. When the highest remittances are compared, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.zameen.com\/news\/uae-to-invest-in-pakistans-infrastructure.html\" data-type=\"post\" data-id=\"85810\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Saudi Arabia and the United Arab Emirates (UAE)<\/a> topped the list with USD 7.743 billion and USD 5.842 billion, respectively.
