Peshawar: The Peshawar Bus Rapid Transit (BRT) has won another international award<\/a> \u2018Best Smart Ticketing Program\u2019 at Transport Ticketing Global for using innovative solutions to make the lives of citizens easy, according to news published on July 20. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

According to the press release, Transport Ticketing Global \u2013 a global smart ticketing and mobility community \u2013 has presented the award to Peshawar BRT for making the lives of a large segment easier. The winners were announced during the 10th annual awards in London on June 28. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

As per the details, the Best Ticketing Program award recognises both the public transport authority and technology partner that have introduced a successful smart ticketing programme within the last 2 years. It was disclosed that the programme must serve 200,000 or more daily journeys. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
