Moreover, the RFPs will be processed through the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.zameen.com\/news\/nha-pre-qualification-contract-award.html\" data-type=\"post\" data-id=\"87242\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">\u2018Single Stage Two Envelops\u2019 <\/a>method to expedite work and reduce costs and delays.
