The Rawalpindi Commissioner Noor-ul-Amin Mengal has also raised concerns over the increasing number of illegal societies operating within the jurisdiction of RDA. It was disclosed that the Metropolitan Planning and Traffic Engineering (MP&amp;TE) Directorate is taking action against the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.zameen.com\/news\/rda-pemra-illegal-schemes-ads.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">marketing\/advertisement activities<\/a> carried for illegal housing schemes.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The MP&amp;TE director has directed the developers of these 12 housing societies to submit deed of surrender, mortgage deed, and NOC acquired from the Environment Protection Department and other relevant departments.
