According to project <a href=\"https:\/\/www.zameen.com\/news\/sector-i-12-to-be-developed-landfill-site-to-be-moved.html\" data-type=\"post\" data-id=\"75998\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Concept-1 (PC-1)<\/a>, development work in subsectors I-12\/1 and I-12\/4 involves the construction of drainage systems, sewage networks, streets, culverts, and other development work.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>As per the news, the CDA received the lowest bid of PKR 1.830 billion from a private enterprise, which is estimated to be 25% higher than the proposed price. The dumping site has been one of the key causes behind the delayed development operations in the aforementioned sector.
