The accumulated cost of the project is PKR 17.5 billion. One of the buildings will be developed on a land of more than 5 kanals, which will encompass 10 residential floors and 3 commercial floors. The other high-rise building will be constructed on 79-kanal land at the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.zameen.com\/news\/kp-nphp-apartments-rehman-baba-complex.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Rehman Baba Complex<\/a>, which will have 10 residential floors.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>CM Khan, speaking at the ceremony, lauded the efforts of the provincial minister for housing for starting the construction work on the residential buildings.
