The PKR 4.27 billion project will be completed by March 2024.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Read:<\/strong> <a href=\"https:\/\/www.zameen.com\/news\/punjab-to-launch-tourism-highway-next-month.html\" data-type=\"post\" data-id=\"81820\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Punjab to launch work on Tourism Highway next month<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Reportedly, in a briefing to the area&#8217;s lawmakers, the project contractor said that 40% of the work on the 32-kilometre-long section has been completed from Pindori Chowk to Brure. While the work on the second phase of the project will start in August. Moreover, the contractor said all properties along the road will be commercialised while multi-storey, earthquake-resistant buildings will also be built on both sides. In addition to this, educational institutions, industrial zones, modern parks, and picnic points will also be built along the highway.\u00a0 As per <a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/www.zameen.com\/news\/gilgit-baltistan-chitral-highway.html\" data-type=\"post\" data-id=\"80242\" target=\"_blank\">Project Concept-1 (PC-1),<\/a> the said toursim highway will extend from Pindori Chowk in Kalar Syedan to Lower Topa in Murree. When completed, the road will be the only &#8220;tourist corridor&#8221; connecting Azad Kashmir, <a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/www.zameen.com\/news\/gilgit-gets-first-software-technology-park.html\" data-type=\"post\" data-id=\"87407\" target=\"_blank\">Gilgit-Baltistan (GB)<\/a>, and Galiyat.
