Due to the NOC delay, work on the piling and girder launching while crossing the railway lines at the junction was halted. According to Project Concept-1 (PC-1), LDA is required to build a<a href=\"https:\/\/www.zameen.com\/news\/lahore-bridge-near-arfa-karim-technology-tower-expanded.html\" data-type=\"post\" data-id=\"73255\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"> two-lane flyover in addition<\/a> to the existing flyover to accommodate increasing traffic. The completion of the flyover would improve traffic flow from Kalma Chowk to Gujjumata and Kasur.
