The LOI will be issued to the owners under the newly proposed land sharing formula devised by the authority and approved by the provincial cabinet.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Read:<\/strong> <a href=\"https:\/\/www.zameen.com\/news\/new-peshawar-valley-project-cm-site-office.html\" data-type=\"post\" data-id=\"87489\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">New Peshawar Valley Project: KP CM orders establishment of site office<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Reportedly, the decision was made during the civic body\u2019s 9th Board of Directors meeting, which was chaired by Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (KP) Chief Minister (CM) Mehmood Khan. On the occasion, CM Mehmood asked the authority\u2019s members and development team to complete the construction of the various ongoing development works in the New Peshawar Valley Project. He said that the project is of extreme importance to the citizens and aims to provide a modern housing scheme for the citizens. During the meeting, the following decisions were made:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>The board constituted a committee under the supervision of the Minister for Finance to make necessary amendments to<a href=\"https:\/\/www.zameen.com\/news\/pda-urged-to-give-possession-in-regi-model-town.html\" data-type=\"post\" data-id=\"75957\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"> Peshawar Development Authority<\/a>\u2019s Auction Regulations 2021. The said committee will submit its proposal to the board for final approval.<\/li><li>The board approved regularising 22 remaining contract employees of the authority recruited under the deceased-son quota.<\/li><li>The BoD has also approved the<a href=\"https:\/\/www.zameen.com\/news\/punjab-et-to-use-technology-to-identify-owners-evading-property-taxes.html\" data-type=\"post\" data-id=\"72722\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"> land record Management Information System (MIS)<\/a> for the New Peshawar Valley Housing Scheme to digitise all matters related to the land records of the housing scheme.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Read:<\/strong> <a href=\"https:\/\/www.zameen.com\/news\/warsak-road-high-rise-buildings.html\" data-type=\"post\" data-id=\"87715\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Peshawar\u2019s Warsak Road to get 2 high-rise buildings; groundbreaking held<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>On this occasion, the chief minister directed the relevant authorities to expedite progress on building an access road to the New Peshawar Valley.
