He further stated that the federal government will set quotas in these housing complexes for lawyers, journalists, members of Parliament, and civil citizens. He highlighted that the federal government has approved a number of projects to make home buying for government employees a reality. Later, he was briefed on the Sky Gardens project by <a href=\"https:\/\/www.zameen.com\/news\/resume-construction-kashmir-apartments.html\" data-type=\"post\" data-id=\"87386\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Federal Government Employee Housing Authority (FGEHA)<\/a> Director General (DG) Tariq Rashid. According to the DG, the project will span 6,000 kanals and will have a 70% quota for government employees and 30% for the private sector. Furthermore, around 530 kanal of land is set aside for green spaces, with adequate space set up for schools, universities, and mosques.
