The balloting for residential plots will take place on August 26.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Read:<\/strong> <a href=\"https:\/\/www.zameen.com\/news\/ruda-chahar-baghs-downpayment-deadline.html\" data-type=\"post\" data-id=\"86459\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">RUDA extends Chahar Bagh\u2019s downpayment deadline<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>According to the announcement, the balloting will be live streamed on the authority&#8217;s official Facebook page from 11 AM onwards. The civic body has invited citizens and investors to tune in at the specified time to know the results in real-time. However, the ballot results will also be posted on the official website.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>It is vital to note that Chahar Bagh is being marketed as the country\u2019s first smart residential project with cutting-edge technology integration.
