The consulting firms will be in charge of the following tasks:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Read:<\/strong> <a href=\"https:\/\/www.zameen.com\/news\/rrrs-third-party-valuation.html\" data-type=\"post\" data-id=\"87665\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Rawalpindi Ring Road: RDA to hire consultant for third-party valuation<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u25cf The hired firm would work on the project in two phases: Phase-I would determine the best path for the economic corridor and will be completed in 60 days, and Phase-II would provide comprehensive planning for land use along the Ring Road&#8217;s third-party certified alignment to be completed in 90 days.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u25cf The total project budget is PKR 90 million, with PKR 30 million set aside for the first phase and PKR 60 million for the second one.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u25cf The hired firm will choose a viable path that would aid in the easy approach and connectivity of the twin cities of Islamabad and Rawalpindi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">According to the Project Concept-1 (PC-1), the proposed route will include economic zone components such as envisaged industrial units, education and health zones, recreational areas, central business districts, theme parks, high-rise building zones, and relocation and establishment of commercial markets, truck\/bus terminals.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Read:<\/strong> <a href=\"https:\/\/www.zameen.com\/news\/nha-loi-construction-kharian-pindi-motorway.html\" data-type=\"post\" data-id=\"88056\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">NHA issues LoI for construction of Kharian-Rawalpindi Motorway<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"> It is pertinent to note that following Prime Minister (PM) Shehbaz Sharif&#8217;s visit to the UAE, the government has identified five significant projects for foreign investment.
