The following are the new rates that have been approved by SBP:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>The return rate on 3-month PKR-dominated certificates is increased by 5.50% to 15%<\/li><li>For 6-month NPC, the rate is increased by 5.25% at 15.25%<\/li><li>For 12-months NPCs, the profit rate is increased by 5% to 15.50%<\/li><li>For the 3-year NPCs, the rate is increased by 3.25% to 14%<\/li><li>For the 5-year NPCs, the rate is increased by 2.50% to 13.50%<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>According to SBP, the revised rates would apply to all <a href=\"https:\/\/www.zameen.com\/news\/sbp-commercial-banks-rda-app-features.html\" data-type=\"post\" data-id=\"88037\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">rupee-dominated <\/a>NPCs invested through Roshan Digital Account (RDA).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>It is worth noting that RDA is one of the more premium alternatives offered to non-resident Pakistanis for sending remittances. <a href=\"https:\/\/www.zameen.com\/news\/roshan-digital-account-0-4-mn-user.html\" data-type=\"post\" data-id=\"86870\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">RDA was established in 2020<\/a> and has already garnered <a href=\"https:\/\/www.zameen.com\/news\/rda-highest-single-day-usd-57-mn.html\" data-type=\"post\" data-id=\"86819\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">USD 5 billion from overseas Pakistani <\/a>investors, which is more than the IMF bailout package and deposits from friendly countries.
