He said the groundwater recharge wells are an acceptable solution to the emerging problem of water scarcity in developing countries.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>He also said that the current water level is not enough to support the increasing population as the resources are shrinking due to the lack of comprehensive policies.
