It was revealed that NC and Railcop didn\u2019t participate in the tendering process. The NC did not respond to the invitation while Railcop stated the company has never worked on projects costing more than PKR 6 billion.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Similarly, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.zameen.com\/news\/fwo-nlc-bid-kutchery-chowk-rda.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">FWO<\/a> was disqualified after the technical evaluation of the proposal based on eligibility criteria RDA issued while NLC didn\u2019t attend the technical meeting. The news source mentioned that the authority will start the new bidding process on October 18 as no state-owned company was selected.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>As per the revised eligibility criteria, all the firms must be registered with the Punjab Revenue Authority (PRA) to qualify for the bid; the rest of the terms and conditions are the same.
