Instead, verify the housing project\u2019s approval status, payment plan and other details before buying your plot.<\/li><li>Make time to visit the site of the housing scheme and ensure that the said scheme has acquired the land as per the record available with the land revenue department.<\/li><li>Developers of some housing projects hide information about the development charges.
