The highways are being operated by the National Highway Authority and include the following:&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2022 Makran Coastal Highway, N-10: Ormara (27,905 Kanal &amp; 18 Marla)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2022 <a href=\"https:\/\/www.zameen.com\/news\/gwadar-makran-development-priority.html\" data-type=\"post\" data-id=\"85849\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Makran Coastal Highway<\/a>, N-10: Gawadar &amp; Jiwani (17,042 Kanal &amp; 10 Marla)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2022 Grand Trunk Road, N-5: Peshawar &amp; Nowshera (6,172 Kanal &amp; 15 Marla)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2022 <a href=\"https:\/\/www.zameen.com\/news\/nha-upgrade-dualise-old-bannu-road.html\" data-type=\"post\" data-id=\"89022\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Indus Highway Project<\/a>, N-55: Peshawar, Kohat, Lachi, Banda, Daud Shah, Karak, Domair, Bannu,<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Norang, Lakki Marwat, D.I Khan (11,361 Kanal &amp; 11 Marla)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2022 Indus Highway Project, N-55: Peshawar, Kohat, Karak, Takht Nasrali, Naurang, Bannu, Parova (12,604 Kanal &amp; 04 Marla)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Read:<\/strong> <a href=\"https:\/\/www.zameen.com\/news\/pm-khan-launches-wapdas-first-green-eurobond.html\" data-type=\"post\" data-id=\"76422\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">PM Khan launches WAPDA\u2019s first green Eurobond<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Moreover, the SBP will conduct bidding as per the criteria set for the bidders. The following provisions have been outlined in this regard:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2022 Non-competitive bidders may also submit bids for the Sukuk.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2022 The Investors will sign the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.zameen.com\/news\/pakistan-usd-1-bn-sukuk-bonds.html\" data-type=\"post\" data-id=\"83564\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Sukuk Subscription Undertaking<\/a> (SSU) to document their pledges to subscribe to the Sukuk issued by Pakistan Domestic Sukuk Company Limited (PDSCL).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2022 The Investors may designate PDSCL as their Investment Agent under the SSU to buy assets on their behalf and for the purposes specified in the Sukuk Issuance Undertaking.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2022 After the reopening of Sukuk, new assets and\/or extra shares in the current asset(s) may dilute or modify their own share and create their share in the new or additional assets.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Read:<\/strong> <a href=\"https:\/\/www.zameen.com\/news\/government-bonds-30-investment-sbp.html\" data-type=\"post\" data-id=\"88988\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Government bonds witnessed 30% increase in investment: SBP<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In recent years, the government has concentrated on issuing Sukuk to raise finances, which is more cost-effective than other bonds with low-profit rates.
