Developments like the Central Business District is among such plans to make Gulberg the city\u2019s official downtown area for corporate and commercial activities.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>As per the sources within the LDA, the authority will conduct traffic studies and related research in order to make this expansion sustainable.
