As per the details, the project proposes the construction of a 44-kilometre-long dual track, starting from Drigh Road and passing through Federal B Area, North Nazimabad, Gulshan-e-Iqbal, Liaquatabad, Nazimabad, Lyari, and Sindh Industrial Trading Estate.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Additionally, the project will include the construction of roadway\/railway cross-section elements, horizontal and vertical curvature, ramp gradients, and layout of structures with respect to the alignment. The scope of work will also include the construction of stations, warning signs, provision of drivers, regulatory, informatory, passenger facilitation signs, route alignment, and provision of allied facilities.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Moreover, the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.zameen.com\/news\/pm-funds-k-4-kcrs-in-cpec.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">KCR<\/a> is an attempt to improve the transport infrastructure of the city including the provision of public transport, road network, and traffic management.
