CM Elahi revealed this new initiative at the inauguration of Kalma Chowk Remodeling Project and opined that the bus service will help the city develop a sustainable transportation system and promote affordable commutes. As per the plan, a French company, which has <a href=\"https:\/\/www.zameen.com\/news\/development-platinum-homes-buyers-2173.html\" data-type=\"post\" data-id=\"86766\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">surveyed the Blue Line,<\/a> will also assist in implementing this project. The project will be built on a Build, Operate, and Transfer (BOT)-basis with funding from the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.zameen.com\/news\/kp-approves-shangla-development-authority.html\" data-type=\"post\" data-id=\"89140\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Asian Development Bank (ADB)<\/a> at a 2% infrastructure loan interest rate.
