Similarly, for property transfers involving non-family members, the NOC validity period has been increased from three months to one year to assist the transferee.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The said decisions were taken in a meeting presided over by Chairman CDA Captain (Retired) Muhammad Younas last week.
