The authority stated that the duration of the lease isn\u2019t yet specified.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Interested firms are required to submit sealed pre-qualification applications until December 05 byl 12 PM at the office of LDA Chief Engineer-II in Johar Town. However, the said JVs have to be registered with the SECP and other local authorities.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The pre-qualification bid documents can be obtained from the office of <a href=\"https:\/\/www.zameen.com\/news\/lda-land-transfer-fee-dc-rate.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">LDA <\/a>Chief Engineer-II during office hours with a PKR 10,000 pay order in favour of the authority.
