Following the allotment of 8-kanal of land, the Ministry of Human Rights (HR) will start the construction of the institute. The institute will provide protection and rehabilitation services to vulnerable children and survivors of child abuse within Islamabad in consultation and coordination with all relevant stakeholders.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Read:<\/strong> <a href=\"https:\/\/www.zameen.com\/news\/islamabad-to-change-its-zoning-regulations-as-per-cadd-cda-recommendations.html\" data-type=\"post\" data-id=\"35789\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Islamabad to change its zoning regulations as per CADD, CDA recommendations<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>As per CDA sources, the meeting on Friday was scheduled to discuss 18 projects and development-related agenda items, including summaries such as amendments to zoning regulations and proposed bylaws for agro farms. Due to the shortage of time, the meeting was slated for continuation on Monday (November 14) to discuss the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.zameen.com\/news\/cda-enforce-zoning-regulation-islamabad.html\" data-type=\"post\" data-id=\"72347\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">ICT Zoning Regulations 1992 <\/a>regarding Zone-III of Islamabad. The CDA is expected to allow regulation of Zone-III for the construction of houses on green land, but the policy directions are still not clear on the type of construction.
