The minister opined that in view of climate change, there is a need for the development of weather-resilient houses. He said, \u2018We need houses that can withstand droughts, downpours, storms, floods, and such other disasters\u2019.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Minister Zardari was briefed by Sindh <a href=\"https:\/\/www.zameen.com\/news\/murad-adb-rehabilitation-affected-houses.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Chief Minister<\/a> Syed Murad Ali Shah, who informed the meeting the recent flood has completely and partially damaged some 1.7 million houses and there is an urgent need for providing shelter to displaced people.
