He also mentioned that the existing road infrastructure will be upgraded by adding extra heavy traffic parking stands on the Lyari Expressway to help with trucks. In a meeting with Karachi Goods Carrier Association President Noor Khan Niazi, Wahab said that the government will soon acquire 1,000 acres of land near the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.zameen.com\/news\/pc-1-northern-bypass-project-ecnec-approval.html\" data-type=\"post\" data-id=\"88006\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Northern Bypass <\/a>for truck stands. This will help resolve some of the main problems of traffic in the city, as the parking of trucks inside the city around the port area causes traffic jams and also poses a threat to life.
