The technical committee will conduct a survey of all housing societies to check whether they fulfil the criteria set by the Punjab government. The technical committee will also formulate terms of reference (ToR)s for these housing schemes to enable RDA to issue no-objection certificates. In addition to this, the governing body also approved the following regulatory matters:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Approval for the preliminary study for classification, re-classification, and re-development of the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.zameen.com\/news\/housing-ministry-update-fgeha-projects.html\" data-type=\"post\" data-id=\"89848\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">RDA-approved housing scheme <\/a>Mohanpura in accordance with the procedure outlined in the Punjab Development Authority Land Use Rules 2021<\/li><li>Organizing a rapid study through a consultant and presenting the consultant&#8217;s suggestions to the governing body within one month.
