Following the passage of new legislation, the following restrictions would be in effect:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Raiwind Road,<a href=\"https:\/\/www.zameen.com\/news\/lda-razes-four-illegal-buildings-seals-others.html\" data-type=\"post\" data-id=\"2836\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"> Khyban-e-Jinnah <\/a>and Shaukat Ali Road<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Buildings with a ground+7 story will be permitted on lands of 4 kanal or greater,<\/li><li>Buildings with a ground floor plus 6 stories will be permitted on plots ranging from 2 to 4 kanal.<\/li><li>Buildings with a ground floor plus four storeys will be permitted on plots of 10 marlas or more.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Read:<\/strong> <a href=\"https:\/\/www.zameen.com\/news\/lda-highrises-commercialised-roads.html\" data-type=\"post\" data-id=\"85229\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">LDA permits highrise development on newly commercialised roads<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>LDA has permitted the construction of structures with a ground floor plus 10 storeys on 4 kanal plots for the Johar Town bypass road.
