The LDA governing body had previously approved the revised layout plan in a meeting held on November 11, 2022.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The new plan includes the addition of several accessories and features, such as roads, commercial areas, parks, and other amenities.
