In addition to the exemption for family transfers, the board also decided to <a href=\"https:\/\/www.zameen.com\/news\/gulberg-greens-farm-housing-scheme-cda-noc.html\" data-type=\"post\" data-id=\"67340\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">extend the validity of NOCs<\/a> from three months to one year. However, the next owner of the property will still be required to apply for a fresh NOC.
