By introducing the REIT Regulations 2022, the<a href=\"https:\/\/www.zameen.com\/news\/secp-modaraba-companies-in-real-estate.html\" data-type=\"post\" data-id=\"88241\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"> SECP has allowed REIT companies<\/a> to raise financing for agriculture projects, mobile tower projects, and renewable energy (solar and wind power) projects.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The new regulations have enabled investors to become shareholders in real-estate projects while also encouraging them to develop saving habits.
