These conditions include:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Installation of solar systems<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Certified energy-efficient devices<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Water recycling plants<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Electric vehicle charging stations in the building&#8217;s parking area.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The commissioner also remarked that energy savings, water conservation, and smog control are of utmost importance for the city and EV stations will help reach a sustainable solution. He warned that any building that followed the above conditions would not be issued a NOC.
