This proposed commission would be required to complete the task within 15 days, and its findings would be placed before the cabinet again for approval.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In the summary moved by the CDA, it has proposed the following:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Delineate the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.zameen.com\/news\/cda-committee-zoning-regulations.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">grey areas of Zone III,<\/a> which do not constitute the Margalla Hills National Park (MHNP) or other defined zones.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Retain existing zones and declare the villages located on the hills on private land as model villages.&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The area between sectors F-6 and C-16 should be made part of Zone I.&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Private land in the Bhara Kahu area\u2019s left side should be made part of Zone IV.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Read:<\/strong> <a href=\"https:\/\/www.zameen.com\/news\/cda-survey-pakistan-zone-iii.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">CDA to engage Survey of Pakistan for Zone III, MHNP\u2019s demarcation<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>It is important to note that recently, the federal <a href=\"https:\/\/www.zameen.com\/news\/federal-commission-islamabads-zoning-regulations.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">government has constituted a committee<\/a> to demarcate and regulate Zone-III.
