Previously, these waterlines were laid in 2002-03 for the supply of potable water to the residents of the desert areas and their livestock, however, these lines have been rendered useless due to the lack of maintenance.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Cholistan Development Authority (CDA)-Bahawalpur Managing Director (MD) Tariq Bokhari has informed that of the total allocated funds, PKR 6 billion have been added to the Annual Development Programme (ADP) for 2022-23 and shall be released soon.
