He also instructed for long and short-term plans, the number of vehicles and lists of teams to be submitted to the PDMA. Mr Shirazi said that the help of citizens needed to be sought for smog elimination, while a mobile application for citizens is being developed. He proposed that the transport department share the fitness certificates of the vehicles with the traffic police. Moreover, the relief commissioner asked for the construction work on major road arteries of Lahore to be completed soon so there are no traffic jams.
