Lahore: The Al-Kabir Developers has informed all of its customers and dealers that the balloting of Phase 1, Sector B, Kings Town, will be performed in February 2023, according to a post published on the society\u2019s official Facebook page on January 9. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

The balloting will be conducted for all plots of 3 and 5-marla residential and 3-marla commercial plots. In this regard, Al-Kabir Developers Chief Admin Officer Col (retired) Pervaiz Ahmad Akhtar has asked the file holders and dealers of the said sector to clear their outstanding dues and instalments by January 25 in order to be considered for the balloting.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
