He added that the authority would soon start the implementation of the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.zameen.com\/news\/rda-consultants-rawalpindi-master-plan.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">master plan for Rawalpindi,<\/a> which would identify greenbelts and forbid development there. He iterated that the master plan was being created with special reference to the mushrooming of unlawful housing societies. Additionally, the commissioner pledged to personally oversee cleanliness campaigns in the city.
