The list will include the names of salaried individuals who have paid their taxes, businesses that have paid their sales tax, and corporations that have paid their corporate taxes by the deadline or with surcharges.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>It is important to note that the FBR issues an Active Taxpayer List (ATL) <a href=\"https:\/\/www.zameen.com\/news\/fbr-active-taxpayers-lists-expiry-date.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">on March 1 every year,<\/a> which remains valid until the end of February. According to FBR data, there are currently 4.2 million active taxpayers in the country, resulting in a total tax-to-GDP ratio of 9.32%, which is the lowest in South Asia.
