Islamabad: The Capital Development Authority (CDA) has announced the date of its upcoming auction of commercial plots of various sizes and categories in the developed sectors of the city, according to an advert published in the national dailies on March 05.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

As per the details, the auction will be held for three consecutive days in the first week of May i.e. May 3, 4, and 5 at the Jinnah Convention Centre, Islamabad. It is dubbed as a \u2018golden opportunity\u2019 of investment in Islamabad for citizens from Pakistan and overseas that comes with \u2018complete legal protection\u2019. The plots being auctioned are located in the developed sectors of the capital city, including prominent spots like:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2022             Marakaz<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2022             Agro farms<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2022             E-11 Northern Strip<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2022             Petrol pumps<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2022             Park Enclave Commercial<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2022             Class-III Shopping Center<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2022\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Blue Area <\/a>E-11\/F-11, Canopy side<\/p>\n\n\n\n

There is a \u201810% rebate on a full payment within 30 days of bid acceptance letter\u2019. The \u2018special steps for prospective investors\u2019 mentioned in the advert include:<\/p>\n\n\n\n
