It was mentioned that the private housing societies will have to go through a comprehensive process of scrutiny to obtain approval.&nbsp;The news source disclosed that the scrutiny committee will comprise officials from Metropolitan Planning and Additional DG Housing. The committee will submit its report to the Chief Metropolitan Planner after scrutinising it for final approval.
