Addressing the meeting members, he said that Potohar Avenue will be uplifted to highlight the culture of the region.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The commissioner further revealed the peri-urban union councils of District Rawalpindi and the area from Soan River Bridge to the Toyota Company Showroom now fall under the administrative control of Rawalpindi District. In the first phase of the anti-encroachment operation, notices were served in all areas. In the second phase, fines were imposed. So far, PKR 700,000 has been imposed in terms of fine.
