The event was organised at the Creek Club in DHA Karachi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Read: <\/strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.zameen.com\/news\/dhaq-transfer-process-early-bird-commercial.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">DHA Quetta finalises transfer procedure for Early Bird Commercial\u2019s ballot winners<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>As per the details, under the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.zameen.com\/news\/early-bird-commercial-ballot-date.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Early Bird Commercial-2023<\/a> deal, the authority offered 4 &amp; 8-marla and 1-kanal commercial files, which after the ballot will be converted to plots on DHA Quetta Expressway. The ballot ceremony was attended by renowned real estate agents, investors, members of Defence &amp; Clifton Association of Real Estate Agents (DEFCLAREA), and real estate marketing firms.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>During the ceremony, DHA Quetta Administrator also inaugurated authority\u2019s regional office in Karachi.
