It was mentioned that if the members fail to make payment by April 30 2023, the plot and location ballot result will be cancelled.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Moreover, the defaulting members who were paying or had paid the land cost but are unable to continue making payments for instalments can apply for cancellation and get a refund for the amount paid.
