Reportedly, CDA Chairman Noorul Amin Mengal recently took notice of the delay in the approval of the<a href=\"https:\/\/www.zameen.com\/news\/cda-board-review-plans-housing-scheme.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"> building plans<\/a> and ordered expediting the process.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Sources also claim that while issuing approvals for the projects, the authority ensures that execution of any commercial project causes no harm to the natural environment. Moreover, the Pakistan Environmental Protection Agency (PAK-EPA) is keeping vigil on all commercial and development projects in the city.
