Islamabad: The Capital Development Authority (CDA<\/a>) is planning to develop a mixed-use housing project in Kuri Enclave, Zone-IV of Islamabad, a guest house at Rawal Lake, as well as develop the capital street on 7th Avenue, as per the news published on April 20.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The authority aims to leverage this new housing project to offer quality housing at an affordable price for people belonging to all income segments. As per the sources, the CDA has expressed concern about the expanding number of stalled housing projects in the capital, which has increased encroachments and prices of CDA-acquired land.
