The scrutiny of double compensation\/exemption will focus on the plots awarded in exchange in Johar Town. The Anti-Corruption Establishment (ACE) asked the Chief Town Planner (CTP) to submit the records of plots exchanged between 2018 and 2023.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Moreover, the LDA formed a committee to scrutinise the files which were being processed and were not included in the inventory list of 2017. According to the Terms of Reference (TORs) of the committee, it will analyse, scrutinise, and inquire about facts of all the files. The committee will do a cross-verification of previous correspondences and transactions along with matching scanned records of possession registers.
