It was highlighted that the plots are located in C-series Sector, in  a serene environment with abundant green spaces and offer easy access to urban conveniences. The computerised balloting for these plots will be held on June 20.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Special incentives for Overseas Pakistanis:<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>As per the advert, following are the \u2018special incentives\u2019 for expats investing in these plots:<br>\u2022 Completely online process <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2022 Payments are to be made in USD through the banking channel <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2022 One person can file multiple applications <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2022 Connected to Kashmir Highway, close to GT Road and Motorway <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2022 Rebate of 10% on full payment made within 30 days on the issuance of the provisional offer letter <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2022 Layout plan approved and available on the CDA website<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Read:<\/strong> <a href=\"https:\/\/www.zameen.com\/news\/establish-modern-housing-societies-nrp.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">PM directs to establish modern housing societies for overseas Pakistanis\u00a0<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2022 Assurance of on-time delivery <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2022 Seamless property transfer facility available at <a href=\"https:\/\/www.zameen.com\/news\/cda-plot-auction-may-end.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">CDA <\/a>Facilitation Center <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2022 Facility of transfer is available after depositing an initial 25% down payment.
