The said JV won the contract by offering the lowest technical and financial bid amounting to PKR 25 million, while the Project Management Unit (PMU) has estimated the cost of the project to be PKR 30 million.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The final decision was made in a meeting headed by Commissioner Liaquat Ali Chatha and Rawalpindi Development Authority (RDA) Director General Saif Anwar Jappa and Chief Engineer Habibul Haq Randhawa.
