{"id":93813,"date":"2023-06-05T16:48:16","date_gmt":"2023-06-05T11:48:16","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.zameen.com\/news\/?p=93813"},"modified":"2023-06-05T16:48:39","modified_gmt":"2023-06-05T11:48:39","slug":"construction-signature-houses-dha-quetta","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.zameen.com\/news\/construction-signature-houses-dha-quetta.html","title":{"rendered":"DHA Quetta to issue tender for construction of Signature Houses&nbsp;"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>Quetta: The Defence Housing Authority (DHA) Quetta has decided to engage contractors for the construction of &#8216;Signature Houses&#8217; in the residential scheme, according to a post shared on the authority&#8217;s official Facebook page on June 4th.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Read: <\/strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.zameen.com\/news\/good-news-dha-quetta-members.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">DHA Quetta extends deadline for surcharge waiver scheme<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>According to the details, DHA Quetta has invited bids from contractors registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) and DHA Quetta (C-5 and above) for the construction of the grey structures of <a href=\"https:\/\/www.zameen.com\/news\/good-news-dha-quetta-signature-houses.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Signature Houses<\/a> of different sizes (1-kanal and 5- &amp; 16-marla) in Sector A, Phase-I of the housing society.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The post also states that interested firms can obtain tender documents from the Director of Town Planning &amp; Building Control, DHA Quetta during office hours. The documents will be available from June 5th to June 15th. It was mentioned that the tender documents can be obtained by submitting a written request on the firm&#8217;s letterhead and making a non-refundable payment of PKR 5,000 per set as a pay order favouring DHA Quetta.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Moreover, the post also states that sealed technical and financial proposals (one original and two copies) duly completed in all respects should be submitted to the TP&amp;BC Directorate by June 26th at the latest.
