The following are the details of the available plots:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-table is-style-stripes\"><table><tbody><tr><td class=\"has-text-align-center\" data-align=\"center\">Plots<\/td><td class=\"has-text-align-center\" data-align=\"center\">Quantity<\/td><\/tr><tr><td class=\"has-text-align-center\" data-align=\"center\">2-kanal Commercial<\/td><td class=\"has-text-align-center\" data-align=\"center\">2<\/td><\/tr><tr><td class=\"has-text-align-center\" data-align=\"center\">1-kanal Commercial<\/td><td class=\"has-text-align-center\" data-align=\"center\">2<\/td><\/tr><tr><td class=\"has-text-align-center\" data-align=\"center\">8-marla Commercial<\/td><td class=\"has-text-align-center\" data-align=\"center\">2<\/td><\/tr><tr><td class=\"has-text-align-center\" data-align=\"center\">4-marla Commercial<\/td><td class=\"has-text-align-center\" data-align=\"center\">4<\/td><\/tr><tr><td class=\"has-text-align-center\" data-align=\"center\">1-kanal Residential<\/td><td class=\"has-text-align-center\" data-align=\"center\">5<\/td><\/tr><\/tbody><\/table><figcaption class=\"wp-element-caption\">Type and quantity of commercial and residential plots available for direct sale<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>The administration has shared specific conditions for the direct sale of plots in DHA Quetta. They are as follows:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Investors or realtors who wish to participate in the direct sale of commercial and residential plots must register with DHA Quetta between June 6 and June 14. The registration fee is PKR 5,000, which is non-refundable.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>All Pakistani companies, firms, and citizens can participate in the direct sale of plots, provided they have a CNIC or NICOP.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Online registration is mandatory for all investors and realtors. The registration link is available on the authority&#8217;s official website: www.dhaquetta.org.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Investors or realtors should bring hard copies of the registration forms for verification on the day of the direct sale.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The customer declared the winner in each category must pay a 10% down payment on the spot at the counter established by the Finance Directorate\/DHA Quetta. The remaining 90% of the amount must be deposited within 30 days of the announcement of the successful customer.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Read: <\/strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.zameen.com\/news\/good-news-dha-quetta-signature-houses.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">DHA Quetta starts construction of 5, 16-marla Designer\u2019s Signature Houses<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>If a customer fails to pay the dues within the given timeframe, the negotiated commercial or residential plot will be declared null and void immediately.
